Orange Tree is located just 2 miles from the US 192/Kissimmee on the US 27 - a prime spot to enjoy all of Orlando's exciting attractions. Walt Disney World is just ten miles away and Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure can be reached within a 25 minute drive. There are various bars, restaurants, shops all within a short drive so making your holiday as enjoyable as possible. The homes will have either three, four, five or six bedrooms and at least two full bathrooms, one being ensuite to the master bedroom. Each home will be fully equipped and will feature a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, all glassware, crockery, all linens and towels. You can obtain extra towels and linen, if required upon arrival for an extra charge. The homes are either one or two storey (to be requested at the time of reservation) and will have a minimum of one lounge and living area with the larger homes having two lounge areas. Within the lounge will be a colour cable TV, with a DVD or video player and one other TV will be in the master bedroom. The master bedroom will normally have a queen size bed and then the other bedrooms will either have double or twin beds in. The outside area will have patio furniture for you to relax on and of course the swimming pool. These can be heated (not June - Sept) and must be requested at the time of reservation. All reservations less than 5 days will incur a cleaning fee, depending on the home size. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that your guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels. *not all homes feature sleeper sofa.
The Rates shown are for Executive Homes Only Pool Heating InformationGas Pool Heat (Only): Gas Pool Heat costs $42 per day depending on the home. This form of heating is far more effective than electric. Any home that does have gas heating will be advised at reservation stage and client can decide to accept or decline this option. |
