Calabay Parc Executive Homes (Gas Pool Heat Sub-division)

Calabay Parc is an executive community located less than 9 miles from Walt Disney World Resort. It’s the perfect location for visiting attractions, and close to Restaurants and Shopping. This community of luxurious 3, 4, 5 and 6 bedroom homes has a well-established feel due to its mature landscaping, wide boulevards and oversized lots.

The homes will have either three, four, five or six bedrooms and at least two full bathrooms, one being ensuite to the master bedroom. Each home will be fully equipped and will feature a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, all glassware, crockery, all linens and towels. You can obtain extra towels and linen, if required upon arrival for an extra charge.  The homes are either one or two storey (to be requested at the time of reservation) and will have a minimum of one lounge and living area with the larger homes having two lounge areas. Within the lounge will be a colour cable TV, with a DVD or video player and one other TV will be in the master bedroom. The master bedroom will normally have a queen size bed and then the other bedrooms will either have double or twin beds in.

The outside area will have patio furniture for you to relax on and of course the swimming pool. These can be heated (not June - Sept) and must be requested at the time of reservation (Gas pool heat only).

All reservations less than 5 days will incur a cleaning fee, depending on the home size.

Pool Heating

Gas Pool Heat (Only):

Gas Pool Heat costs $42 per day depending on the home.  This form of heating is far more effective than electric.  Any home that does have gas heating will be advised at reservation stage and client can decide to accept or decline this option.

 3 Bedroom Home: Maximum 06 people,

4 Bedroom Home: Maximum 08 people

5 Bedroom Home: Maximum 10 people,  

*Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two (2) people when using the sleeper sofa or roll away that can be located in the main living area.  For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that your guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels.

*not all homes feature sleeper sofa.
