A large marble lobby greets vacationing families and retreat groups with Florida-style wicker seating areas dressed in cotton
twill upholstery in colors of lime and forest greens, and a bright Bird of Paradise plant. A verdigris ornamental iron chandelier
hangs above.

Among the resort's 268 suites and rooms are 163 spacious one-bedroom suites, 44 luxurious two-bedroom suites, 55 guest
rooms, and two large two-bedroom Penthouse suites.
All suites and guest rooms feature spacious balconies with views of the Gulf of Mexico, providing the perfect vantage point
for viewing one of Marco Island's magnificent sunsets. The custom-designed suites, ranging from an incredible 660 to 962 square
feet, boast fully-equipped galley kitchens, breakfast table, private master bedroom, a galley sleeper sofa and a 25"
colour television in the living room, and a colour TV in each bedroom. On-command pay movies and local cable service are also
available.
Resort Fee:
2006: The Radisson Suite Beach Resort has combined/ replaced these multiple individual fees
with a single value-priced amenity fee of $9.54 inc.of tax per day per room or suite.
This charge is automatically added to each folio on a daily basis. Since the charges will be applied to every room, please
take advantage of what the fee entitles you to: $5.00 per day, per room beach coupon towards any beach rentals, in- room coffee
and tea, access to our fitness center and tennis court, local calls, long distance access fees and domestic incoming/outgoing
faxes. AND as of March 1st, this includes for the $7 parking fee.
Property Amenities
The resort has a large mirrored fitness center with cardio equipment, exercise bikes, weight machines, towels, TV, scale,
water, and vending machine with Gatorade. A quiet lounge area has game tables, wicker seating, two TVs, and a colorful wall
mural. The hotel also offers a large lap pool with a roomy deck, lounge chairs, and blue-and-white-striped umbrellas. Big
palm trees and colorful flowers add Florida ambience. The Fun Factory is a place just for children, with arts and crafts,
water and beach games, videos, and an arcade area with pool table, foosball, skeeball, and video games. Children aged 4-12
can sign up for creative and educational activities with resort staff trained in children’s recreation and education. Fees
apply. The resort offers 3.5 miles of white-sand beach with cabanas, lounge chairs, and sun umbrellas. Water
activities and rentals include Wave Runners, parasailing, Hobie Cat sailboats, kayaks, banana tubes, and water trikes. Resort
staff can help guests plan adventures such as scuba diving, water skiing, fishing, and airboat rides in the Everglades. Fees
apply. For tennis and basketball buffs, court use and equipment are complimentary. Biking is a popular pastime on the quiet
Marco Island streets and bike rentals are available at the resort. The 10,000 square feet of flexible meeting
and event space serves up to 500 people. Multiple outdoor areas are available for functions under the sun or stars. The resort
can arrange team-building activities including a water balloon carry, a spirit cheer, and obstacle courses. Business services
include fax, copy, and secretarial services.
