This villa-style resort in Kissimmee sits on 16 forested acres, with a lagoon and several kid-friendly pools, eight miles from Disney theme parks; Gatorland is four miles away.

Tranquil country living is the mood in this gated vacation resort. Villas on the thickly forested, 16-acre property surround a large lagoon complete with fountains and exotic ducks. Around the lagoon are a large pool complex, a playground, and picnic areas equipped with barbecue grills.

Villa guests have access to two freeform pools, a large spa tub, basketball and tennis courts, and a children’s pool with colorful pipes that squirt water on squealing kids.

 The pool complex features two good-size, lagoon-style pools, a 12-person spa shaded by a wood gazebo, and a large children's pool containing an arrangement of colored pipes that shower water on swimmers. The children's pool has a sloped, beach-style entry for toddlers. An expansive sundeck furnished with green umbrellas offers ample sunning opportunities.

Colorfully decorated one- and two-bedroom villas have VCRs, washers and dryers, and well-equipped kitchens. Shuttles are available to transport guests to area theme parks.
