This extensive resort-style hotel and marina occupies 22 waterfront acres just a bridge crossing away from Fort Lauderdale
shops and restaurants and three blocks from the beach.
Leisure is key at this resort, which offers two pools, a 40-person whirlpool, a water-activities center and private
marina, a day spa, and the revolving, 17th-floor Pier Top Lounge.

A public "water bus" transporting passengers around Fort Lauderdale's waterways stops at the hotel's marina.
The water bus operates from mid-morning to after midnight, stopping at 19 other locations, including restaurants and shopping
centers. The water bus runs on a schedule, which is available at the concierge desk. Ticket options include a bargain-price
all-day fare.
Resort Fee:
The fee of $12.00 per room, per night is NOT included in the rate and includes unlimited local telephone
calls, domestic long distance calls up to 60 minutes from guestroom, use of the Fitness Center located in the Spa, use of
the Tennis courts, high-speed Internet access in guestroom, beach shuttle, daily newspaper and in-room coffee and tea.
Children 17 and under free in room with parents (minimum 1 paying adult, using existing bedding).

Our 22-acre property and tropical gardens sits along the Intracoastal Waterway across from Port Everglades, the world's
largest five star cruise port. The Fort Lauderdale International Airport and Fort Lauderdale business district are both located
just 3 miles away. The Broward County Convention Center is within walking distance, while our spectacular beaches and shimmering
Atlantic Ocean are just three blocks away.
Rooms: Every room in the resort features distinctive natural cherry-wood furnishings and premier
quality fabrics in a neutral palette. Most bath areas feature expansive Brazilian granite vanities, Spanish marble flooring
and stylish lighting and fixtures. For the comfort of guests, a number of non-smoking rooms are available. Rooms offering
facilities for the disabled are located in the Lanai section of the hotel.

A central pool complex includes a large heated pool, a small heated pool with a volleyball net, and a cross-shaped spa
big enough for 40 people. Multi-level decks, some open to the sun, others shaded by dense palm-tree groves, border the pools.
Lush gardens fill out the courtyard. Located within the hotel's marina is a water-activities center that rents various
types of powerboats, fishing boats, yachts, and Jet Skis; books fishing and sailing charters; and arranges parasailing flights
and snorkeling and scuba diving excursions.
The health spa includes a fitness center with saunas, steam rooms, a sunny lounge, a six-person spa overlooking a garden
at the spa's front. Offerings include body and facial treatments, beauty services, and massage.
Parking:
Self-parking $15.00 a day plus tax and Valet-parking $20.00 overnight plus tax. Fees are subject to change without
prior notification.
