Set in quiet well-kept residential areas.  All homes are individual in their specifications and therefore floor plans may vary. However, the accommodation will have standard features which include:  private swimming pool with covered screened patio (designed to let the sun’s rays in and keep the bugs out) air conditioning, at least 1 TV, fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee-maker, washing machine, tumble dryer.  These three, four, five and six bedroom homes have a master bedroom with double or queen bed, bathroom; with shower and w/c. Additional bedrooms have twin beds or double beds. Our homes are within 20 to 25 minutes of drive of Walt Disney World (subject to traffic).

Estates

Lindfields, Loma Linda, Loma Vista, Hillcrest, Meadow Woods, Palms at Lake Davenport, Wellington, Chatham Park, Royal Palms, Hamiltons Reserve, Wellington, Santa Cruz, Esprit, Southern Dunes (some fall into Executive Category), Indian Point, Westridge (some fall into Executive Category), Ridgewood, Florida Pines, Woodridge, Clear Creek, Westin Hills, Gleneagles and more.

Pool Heating

Electric Pool Heat:
The vast majority of heaters installed in rental properties are electrical.  Electrical pool heat is priced at $24 per day depending on the home.  Electrical pool heaters will generally heat the pool on average 10 to 15 degrees warmer than the average daily temperature.  In most pool heaters, there is a thermostat that will automatically switch the pool heating off if the outside temperature drops below 55 degrees.

If clients pre-pay for pool heating and the weather falls below desired temperatures, the client can request a full refund within 24 hours of arrival.  If your client request this, the pool heating will be switched off.  However, if they decide to leave the heating on during inclement weather no refund can or will be issued after the fact.

Gas Pool Heat:
Gas Pool Heat costs $42 per day depending on the home.  This form of heating is far more effective than electric.  Any home that does have gas heating will be advised at reservation stage and client can decide to accept or decline this option.  If declined, an alternative with electric pool heat will be offered.

NB: Most homes in subdivisions such as Indian Creek and Orange Tree offer gas heaters.  The majority of others offer electric.

Recommended Occupancy Levels

Bedroom Home: Maximum 06 people, 4 Bedroom Home: Maximum 08 people
5 Bedroom Home: Maximum 10 people, 6 Bedroom Home: Maximum 12 people
7 Bedroom Home: Maximum 12 people

*Homes maybe equipped to accommodate an additional two (2) people when using the sleeper sofa or roll away that can be located in the main living area.  For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that your guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels.

Specifications

The homes will have either three, four, five or six bedrooms and at least two full bathrooms, one being ensuite to the master bedroom. Each home will be fully equipped and will feature a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, all glassware, crockery, all linens and towels. You can obtain extra towels and linen, if required upon arrival for an extra charge.  The homes are either one or two storey (to be requested at the time of reservation) and will have a minimum of one lounge and living area with the larger homes having two lounge areas. Within the lounge will be a colour cable TV, with a DVD or video player and one other TV will be in the master bedroom. The master bedroom will normally have a queen size bed and then the other bedrooms will either have double or twin beds in.
