Emerald Island is a private community of upscale homes and town homes and located just four mile from Walt Disney World, minutes from Kissimmee with its large variety of restaurants, bars and shops. A location second to none.

The first village at Emerald Island is an enclave of town homes amidst an array of beauty and recreation. Encircled by a protective buffer of woodlands and wetlands, Emerald Island is a "land island" amidst a sea of lush vegetation. The winding, palm-lined road that leads you into the Resort, is a prelude to the community's grandeur. The colonnaded entry, complete with a playful dolphin fountain and picturesque rotunda, provides a dramatic sense of arrival, indigenous plants and decorative flowers contribute to Emerald Island's unique impression of place. Once inside, you will be surrounded by a Conservation Area that encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community.

All of our town homes are on two levels and have either three or four bedrooms and all the amenities you would need to make you vacation enjoyable. From the fully equipped kitchen, with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, all utensils, crockery and cutlery, towels and linen, to washing machine and dryer to name just a few. The bedrooms will have at least one master with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom, the other bedrooms will have either double or twin size beds. They will share the additional bathroom. The lounge and dining area on the lower level will look over the furnished patio area with views of the conservation area or the well manicured resort itself.

The Clubhouse is the vibrant center of activity for the community. And even though your home is only minutes away from Florida's most renowned attractions. The activities and amenities of this venue are so special you may choose not to leave. Enjoy a friendly game of volleyball or a relaxing afternoon at the pool, the beautifully landscaped grounds also feature a children's play area adjacent to the Clubhouse and a trail for walking, jogging or biking winds through the community's natural woodland setting. At 4,000 square feet the Clubhouse has something for everyone including a pool, spa with hot tub, sauna, and steam room; a planned sundry shop; meeting room for informal gatherings; computers for guest access to the internet.
